| Moderate: to keep within reasonable or
proper limits; to restrain or control; to preside over at a public
forum or meeting; to reduce the excessiveness of, make less violent
or severe. |

| What is the CNHW forum moderation policy? |
| Currently the discussion pages are not moderated. Moderation
means having someone vetting messages before they are allowed to be posted
onto a page. We are hoping that we will not need moderation on these pages.
However, the Borough Committee reserves the right to moderate any page at
any time in the future should such moderation be needed. |
